I've spent 14+ years at the intersection of building things, studying why people behave the way they do, and turning that into products that grow.

I started as a software consultant in 2012 — writing code, designing systems, helping startups ship. Over time I realised the real leverage wasn't in the code. It was in the decisions upstream: what to build, why, and for whom. That realisation pulled me from execution into product.

THE STORY

In 2016 I stopped consulting and started IntelliVerve — an industrial IoT SaaS platform. No playbook, no safety net. We scaled to 270+ agencies and 65,000+ customers per day, cut operational costs by 60%, and built something real from nothing.

That experience taught me something no job ever could: that the distance between an idea and a working product is mostly made of decisions, not code. Good decisions compound. Bad ones are expensive to unwind.

After IntelliVerve I moved fully into product leadership — at OroWealth, then 5Paisa Capital, then SleepyCat, where I led product and technology. Each role gave me a different lens: fintech taught me rigor and scale, D2C taught me the relationship between product and margin, and leading a full technology org taught me that org design is product design.

The thread running through all of it is behavioral strategy — understanding why people do what they do, and building systems that work with behavior rather than against it. It shows up in how I write product specs, how I think about growth levers, and how I advise founders on positioning.

Today I'm advising early and growth-stage founders, exploring ideas in the AI era, and open to the right full-time opportunity where these things can make a real difference.
