OSVA
Open infrastructure for AI agents, workflows, and AI workforces.
OSVA is an open-source platform for building, running, controlling, observing, and evaluating AI agents and agentic workflows. It is an agent operating layer, not only a framework: versioned agents, governed model access, workflows with branching, parallel steps and approval gates, cron scheduling, MCP client and server, and knowledge retrieval. The OSS 1.0 source release is Apache 2.0 and self-hosts with Docker Compose or Helm.
Learning: durable state has to be designed in, not assumed after the demo works.

Built a unified data platform integrating 8+ sources. Launched PLG growth loops that drove 15–20% incremental revenue and grew cross-sell from 13% to 21%.

Owned product at a fintech platform operating at $69B annual scale. Scaled partner GMV from ₹14M to ₹400M/month in 12 months. Grew user base from 200K to 1.3M+. Integrated with Google Pay, Niyo, and Smallcase via PWAs and APIs.

Built an industrial IoT SaaS platform from zero — 270+ agencies, 65K+ customers/day. Reduced operational costs 60%+ through productization. First real lesson in what it means to own outcomes, not just outputs.
